He has written numerous articles and books, most recently Heaven on Earth: Capturing Jonathan Edwards's Vision of Living in Between and Pages of Church History: A Guided Tour of Christian Classics. He is currently working on two projects, a history of American evangelical Christology and a book relating blues music and culture to theology. "
